Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable local, national or international law. Your statutory consumer rights shall take precedence over any conflicting provisions within these Terms of Service.

Right of Withdrawal (For EEA / applicable-jurisdiction consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other jurisdictions that grant statutory withdrawal rights, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period commences on the date the service / sales contract is concluded. The 14-day withdrawal period expires after this date.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw via an unambiguous written notice sent to our contact email or official customer-support channel. You may use a standard withdrawal form, though this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your withdrawal notice before the end of the 14-calendar-day withdrawal window.

Effects of withdrawal: If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall refund all payments received from you without undue delay.Once your returned package has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.Refunds will be issued using your original payment method, unless you explicitly agree to an alternative refund arrangement.

Statutory Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

1.  Digital goods / services which have been fully performed, where you have given your prior explicit consent and have acknowledged you will lose the withdrawal right upon full performance;

2.  Custom-made, personalised products or services made to your individual specifications;

3.  Any other scenarios specified under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
